Steve’s uncle took his nephew under his wing in 2011 at Atwood Insurance Agency where he obtained his Property and Casualty License and developed successfully into customer relations and broker sales. Steve is not your typical sales guy. A straight shooter, laid back, humble, hardworking and a kind spirit are what he brings to the table for his clients. He doesn’t push you until you break, he works with you, guides you and will be there whenever you are ready.“I take pride and value each of my customers to the fullest extent! I have built lasting relationships with all my clients over the years and most have become personal friends. That to me has been the most rewarding part of what I do. I will continue to work hard for each of my clients and build an agency that welcomes customers for personalized care so it’s one less thing they need to worry about. At the end of the day, I want my customers, my friends, to sleep easy at night knowing their investments are covered and have someone they can count on".When not working, you can find Steve 4-wheeling, boating, traveling to NH, relaxing by the lake, or stopping by family members’ houses to say hello or help with a project. Insurance and marketing have built Nichole’s career for nearly two decades. Starting her career working for Butler and Messier Insurance Agency, she obtained her Property and Casualty License, and this was a place she called home for nearly 8 years. During her last two years there and while moving on to work for USI, she earned her bachelor's degree in Marketing. The two career paths and extensive work experience have really set her up for this endeavor. With an entrepreneurial spirit and unparalleled customer relations and marketing skills, it is no doubt SIA is in the right hands.“Owning a business has always been a dream of mine. Combining my experience with insurance and marketing just made sense to me and I realized there is no better time than now. I am excited and look forward to building relationships with our customers and watching our agency grow into a place Steve and I can be proud of." When not working, you can find Nichole spending time with her paw-children, family, and friends. Relaxing by the lake, cooking, and traveling are just some of the things Nichole loves. Executive Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator
Viviana gained so much of her knowledge from working in the banking industry for over 10 years. She was able to work her way up over the years from teller to operations management. Her years of experience in implementing processes and procedures allowed her to explore different settings, eventually carrying those skills into small business settings. In the last couple of years, she continued working in small business serving as a legal and financial administrative assistant prior to joining SIA. Once Schiappa Insurance Agency establish itself, it was no question this is where she needed to be.“I’m excited to embark on the journey with SIA. Their core values, and vision for the agency and clients spoke highly to me. I could not pass up this great opportunity and contribute to their mission.” When not working, Viviana enjoys her time with her family and friends. She loves meeting new people and trying new things, but on most days, she enjoys just taking it easy and trying new recipes, shopping and home decorating.
